Returns and Exchange Policy
At High on Soda, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
Policy Overview

Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable: Shipping charges, COD charges, and any other additional service fees are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To process your request smoothly, please follow these steps:

Prepare the Package: Place the item securely in its original packaging.

Include a Note: On a piece of paper, clearly write your Order Number and mention whether you want a “Refund” or an “Exchange” (include the new size if exchanging).

Ship it to Us: Mail the package to our warehouse address listed below. Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval of your refund.

| Cash on Delivery (COD) | Please email your UPI ID along with your Order Number to customercare@highonsoda.com. |
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after we receive the item.
Exchanges
If your T-shirt isn’t the right fit, you can exchange it for a different size. Please ensure the item is unworn. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.

How: Email your Order Number and the Reason for Cancellation to customercare@highonsoda.com.

Refund: For cancelled prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
